I don't think it's necessary to say anything. Everyone knows where I stand on this. You have my heart, John, and that's all I can give.
I guess everyone remembers in their own way. I thought that it would be a nice gesture to create a space where people could share their thoughts, feelings, and rememberances if they are so inclined. Saying nothing at all is just as valid as writing a bunch of words. It's all about what you feel and what you want. We all want peace and love. At least, that's what us dreamers like to imagine.
I appreciate the ability to share my thoughts on the passing of such a great man. Although I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Lennon personally, his music and talent had much impact on myself. I do not believe that I would have been able to find such peace in anyone else's music, personality, political views (even Bono's). John was an inspriration to quite a few generations of people, revolutionized the world aand when others would not, he certainly gave peace a chance.
